Australian Shipping

Orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of placement or the next business day. A shipping and handling fee will be charged and shipped via Australia Post e-parcel service.

International Shipping

We are happy to ship internationally. All international orders are sent via Australia Post Air Mail, with minimal tracking facilities. Some countries offer a pack and track facility, which is at no extra charge, and your order is defaulted to be shipped with the tracking. You can contact us to find out if you are able to track your order, hellolittlepinwheel@gmail.com Delivery times vary, but on average take approximately 7- 14 business days. Any loss/damage will not be covered unless insurance is taken on your parcel. Please note in the additional comments section during checkout if you would like insurance added to your order. International customers are responsible for their own local duties and taxes. Please contact us if your parcel does not arrive within the specified time.
