Pricing

All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes 10% GST. Little Pinwheel reserves the right to change pricing at our discretion and without notice.

Shopping

Buying children's products can be a daunting experience, especially if you are about to have your first child or don't have children. Our experienced sales staff are happy to discuss any questions that you may have regarding the products that we sell and help advise you on sizing, suitable age ranges, or just helping in any way we can. If you do buy something that is unsuitable and is not what you thought we will happily issue you with a credit to use in store or a refund if it is within 7 days from the purchase date and the item is returned in original condition with all tags attached. The cost of postage will not be reimbursed for returned items. All sale stock is not refundable, but we are happy to exchange within 7 days of purchase and an additional charge of postage will be required. We will always do our best to explain and show you each item on site so it makes it easy for your purchase. Faulty Items and Damages

All items are thoroughly checked before sending and packaged with care. However if you receive any products that are damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of purchase to arrange a full replacement or refund, hellolittlepinwheel.com or on 0438066199.  

Misplaced Orders

All orders sent by Little Pinwheel are sent via Australia Post eparcel and have tracking numbers. If your parcel does not arrive within a reasonable time please contact us and we will track it for you. For international orders please refer to the delivery section of the website. There are additional charges for a tracking service in Australia and insurance.

Little Pinwheel does not collect or record any credit card details you may provide when purchasing products from the littlepinwheel.com.au website. Your credit card details are processed by our Australian Payment Processor, EWAY, which is linked to our banks merchant account.
